It is necessary to prepare a facial mask using 2 tablespoons of honey and half mature papaya to crush. Mix the two ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. 2 tablespoons papaya pulp

½ avocado pulp

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt

1 tablespoon lemon

Exfoliating mask papaya and acacia honey

2 tablespoons papaya pulp

2 tablespoons acacia honey

2 drops of essential oil of incense

1 tablespoon

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, so sweet, until you get a thick paste and homogeneous (without lumps), applied, therefore, the mask for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and then apply the usual day/night cream. Make the mask once a week.

Moisturizing and exfoliating mask papaya and yogurt (not for very delicate skins)

1 papaya

2 tablespoons white yogurt (whole)

In the blender, mix the papaya flesh with the yoghurt until you get a texture easy to lay on your face (first well cleaned). Let the mixture rest on the skin for 5 minutes(watch out for the eyes!) and then rinse with warm water.

Cleansing mask papaya and orange

½ Papaya

½ Orange

Squeeze the Orange and mix the papaya: stir and then distribute the creamy mixture obtained (not dense) on clean skin for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and, if necessary, apply your moisturizer.

Anti-oxidant mask papaya and strawberries (for dry and ripe skin))

½ Papaya

5 average strawberries

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon oat

Here are other masks that we can prepare, depending on the different aesthetic needs.Powder oatmeal using the blender. Clean, wash and cut into small pieces the papaya and the strawberries, then put in the blender, to obtain a cream. Pour the fruit in the bowl with oatmeal powder and add the honey. Mix thoroughly and then spread the mixture over face and neck, massaging the skin with circular movements for 15-30 minutes. Rinse with hot water and apply your favorite moisturizer.

Moisturizing and refreshing after-sun mask

½ Cup watermelon

¼ Cup papaya

½ Banana

2 tablespoons whole milk

Cut all the fruit and mix it with the milk, until you get a soft mixture. Then spread over your face for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Use the mask immediately after preparing it, in order not to lose the freshness and vitamins of the fruit.

The papaya, besides the face can also be used to prepare masks for the beauty of the hair.

Split-point mask

2 large slices of papaya

1 yogurt

Mix the ingredients to obtain a compound that can be stretched: apply then on the hair for 30 minutes and then rinse.

Curly hair mask

4 tablespoons of fermented papaya (to be purchased at the pharmacy))

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

In a bowl, mix the two ingredients and with a brush, then spread the mixture on the hair. Then massage the root, leaving the product more on the tips. Then wrap your head with a cloth and let rest for 20 minutes. Rinse then with warm water and carry out the normal washing. Dry with the diffuser and, when almost dry, apply the linseed to the hair. Make the mask for a month, once a week; then just do it once a month.
