Papaya is a tropical fruit that is often used as an ingredient in the preparation of hair and skin care products. Papaya contains many nutrients useful for the wellness and beauty of our body, and many of its benefits can be obtained by directly using the fruit itself as a natural remedy.
Soft and smooth face – Inside the papaya we find a good quantity of beta hydroxyacids, that is acids of the fruit that act as exfoliants. The ability of the papaya to remove the upper layers of the skin allows a faster cellular replacement, making the face smoother and smoother. In addition, beta hydroxyacids are more effective than alpha hydroxyacids (another class of exfoliants) in removing dirt, dead cells and excess sebum causing disorders such as acne. To use the papaya with the aim of improving the facial skin is sufficient to reduce the pulp of the fruit to a pulp, then apply a thin layer on the skin, leaving it to rest for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with water. Some people may be allergic to papaya, in particular, may suffer from increased sensitivity to the sun, then we should not exaggerate with its use, and, if noise occurs, stop immediately its use.
When you have an irregular pigmentation or dark spots on the skin, the papaya can help to smooth the tone. It is necessary to prepare a facial mask using 2 tablespoons of honey and half mature papaya to crush. Mix the two ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Apply a layer of the mask to the face, or to areas affected by irregular pigmentation, and let Act 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water, and dry. Finally, apply your moisturizer.
Health of the body
When you are healthy inside you are also beautiful outside, and the skin itself becomes an expression of your health in general assuming a better and vital look. The papaya is rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C which reduces damage caused by free radicals, is essential for the synthesis of collagen, the protein essential for strengthening the skin, bones, muscles, and blood vessels. Vitamin C also helps to prevent arthritis, heart disease and various types of cancer.
